My role as a postpartum doula is to encourage and support the new mama and the newborn during this exciting time of learning and growing, both in the wonderful and the challenging moments. While working as your doula you can count on me to offer practical assistance as well as emotional and educational support. Together, our goal is to give you the tools and the confidence to meet the challenges and joys of parenthood following the birth of your baby.
About me
Hey there friend, how are you doing today?
I’m Harmony Lewis, a DONA trained postpartum doula serving the Owasso, Broken Arrow, and Tulsa communities. I grew up in Owasso and after two years of marriage my husband and I moved to Maui, HI just for fun. While in Hawaii I worked as a wedding hair and makeup artist at the Andaz Resort, by Hyatt. When multiple friends had babies I discovered my love for serving postpartum moms. After four years on Maui we decided to move near family and start a family of our own. After moving back to OK and becoming pregnant with my son I started pursuing postpartum doula support as a way to serve the mom community. Using my training and experience with postpartum moms as well as my own I strive to serve my clients and empower them on this journey of motherhood.
Postpartum Doula Support
As a postpartum doula I ease the transition of adding your sweet bundle of joy to your family. This service provides-
+light housework
+dishes
+laundry
+light meal prep
+newborn care
+care of older siblings
+aid and encourage breastfeeding if mama chooses
+offer resources for any outside help mama needs (Lactation consultant, Pelvic Floor PT, Therapy, Mom groups, etc)
+ Can attend any Dr appts to make notes so mama doesn't have to remember everything herself
= all to allow Mama to rest, recover, shower, nap, eat a hot meal, you choose!
My job is to take away your stress so you can enjoy this exciting, yet tiring, time of becoming a mother.
Each Postpartum session is four hours with a four session minimum to give you the best care possible postpartum. The prenatal meeting is one hour and allows us to get to know each other and discuss your needs and preferences postpartum.
$448- four postpartum sessions + one prenatal meeting
$876- eight postpartum sessions + one prenatal meeting
$1304- twelve postpartum sessions + one prenatal meeting
Additional postpartum sessions available for $112.
